DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER TEST LABORATORY

Laboratory Overview

Our Oil-Immersed Transformer Test Laboratory (12m × 6m) is equipped to perform routine, type, and special tests in full compliance with:

  • International Standards: IEC 60076-1, IEC 60076-3
  • Regional Specifications: EEU technical requirements
  • Custom Protocols: Client-specific testing criteria

Grounding System:

  • Low-impedance grounding (<0.5 Ω) achieved via interconnected rod arrays beneath the test floor, ensuring safety and accuracy.

Routine Testing Capabilities

Every DENKA transformer undergoes exhaustive verification, including:

  1. Winding Resistance Measurement *(IEC 60076-1, Clause 11.2)*
  2. Voltage Ratio & Phase Displacement Check *(IEC 60076-1, Clause 11.3)*
  3. No-Load Loss & Current Measurement *(IEC 60076-1, Clause 11.4)*
  4. Short-Circuit Impedance & Load Loss Test *(IEC 60076-1, Clause 11.5)*
  5. Applied Voltage Test (AV) *(IEC 60076-3, Clause 10)*
  6. Induced Voltage Withstand Test (IVW) *(IEC 60076-3, Clause 11.2)*
  7. On-Load Tap-Changer Operation Test *(IEC 60076-1, Clause 11.7)*
  8. CT Polarity & Ratio Verification *(IEC 60076-1, Clause 11.1.2.1)*
