Coil Winding

Based on the needs of the client copper and aluminum conductors are used in the design of low voltage and high voltage windings. Paper-insulated conductors or foils are used to make LV windings. Enameled wires or paper-insulated conductors are used to make high-voltage windings. Every insulation component is constructed using electrical grade insulating board, which has been processed to guarantee mechanical and electrical stability over the range of temperatures encountered in operational use. Modern winding machines and skilled experts in the manufacturing process guarantee that every winding can tolerate high axial stresses that could come from outside sources.

Core Assembly

A transformer is an electrical device that uses electromagnetic induction to move energy between two or more circuits. The transformer’s main winding’s fluctuating current produces a fluctuating magnetic field in the core, which in turn causes a fluctuating voltage in the secondary winding. Each transformer core is made using interleaved laminations of cold-rolled, grain-oriented, low loss electrical sheet steel that conforms for optimal energy transfer. Our fundamental designs provide consistent flux distribution over the magnetic circuit with low noise and loss levels.

Oil Treatment

Transformer oil treatment is the process of purifying and restoring oil quality to extend the life and reliability of the transformer .

Drying

The finished core coils are placed in the transformer tank and filled with oil while being vacuum-dried in vacuum ovens with thermostat controls. Adjustments to the oil pressure come next. The transformer is ready for testing once the tanking procedure is finished.
